Fixes Galactica Sephora not being able to fit through its own launch tube #2629

About The Pull Request

Fixes https://github.com/BeeStation/NSV13/issues/2578 Makes the dropships launch tube one tile wider, also replaces the blast doors and buttons with airlocks so the already existing advanced airlock controller can function. Moves the Sephora so it can leave from it's starting location, and adds a tug to move it into the tube. Fixes flight leaders icon

Changelog

:cl: tweak: Galactica dropship hangar tube was made one tile wider, blast doors have been replaced with airlocks, and a tug has been added fix: Galactica dropship can now move from it's starting location fix: Flight leader now has the right icon /:cl:

The top deck needs to be changed to match the new bottom deck image
