Fixes #2655 and the fact the reactor room is currently extremely vulnerable to any kind of breaching (and nearly impossible to fill back up with air)
Also fixed a few zebra interlock things around the ship and the hangar disposals bin not working.
Why It's Good For The Game
Not dying to the reactor room getting hit by an unfortunately aligned torpedo is nice.
Testing Photographs and Procedure
Airlock facing the hallway (now actually hooked up to the atmospheric substation)
New reactor room (yes you need to go dive for the reactor rods)
