Boxing gloves don't grant boxing martial arts #2662

The way boxing gloves work is by granting boxing martial arts so it replaces normal damage with stamina. It for some reason doesn't do that right now.

~~You're thinking of the wrestling champion belt (stored in the vault fridge). Boxing gloves only give you martial arts on Goonstation (unless it was updated on tg more recently?)~~ It seems I was mistaken, though the code we have is the same as on upstream, so I don't know what the actual issue is either.
