Cant change config/no config shows up in server #43

I want to add a cooldown for sliding and flipping because its too op,

I tried putting the config files in the serverfiles/config folder with the rest of the configs because it wasnt there on default I tried putting the config file in the world folder and I tried putting the config file in the serverfiles/"myworld"/serverconfig folder and nothing has worked

edit: I updated the mod and the config showed up but when I edit it it still does nothing I put diveRollCoolDown to 40 and can still do it instantly after I flip.
