Monitoring imports duplicates if node name is changed for non-PDF files #431

if a file is imported that is not a pdf file (e.g. test.doc) and then the corresponding node is renamed from "test.doc" to e.g. "testx.doc", the file is imported again when the incoming node is refreshed. for pdf files this behaviour does not occur.
