Assigning CTRL+S to "Save all mind maps" crashes Docear #456

When you assign the shortcut "CTRL+S" to the "Save all mind maps" action, Docear won't start any more (100% CPU load and splash screen does not disappear).

same problem when users want to change the F1 key

Hi! This is due to unbinding "save" button shortcut. If you set another shortcut for save button, CRTL+S could be set to "Save All" button. Same issue for other "system" functions.
