when a new project is created, or docear is started for the first time, the welcome map is shown. because the welcome map is stored in a general folder, and not in a project folder, a warning triangle is displayed. this is confusing for most users.
hence: remove the warning icon for the welcome map. for now, some quick&dirty solution would be fine. e.g. hardcode that the warning icon is not shown if the file name is "welcome.mm"
