Additional hotkey for "New Child" on Apple #471

Macbook's and other Apple hardware leave out the insert key. There are likely other laptops with reduced keyboards that may not have this key. It would be nice to have a quick key for adding child nodes to a mindmap. Tab seems to be used up (which is a shame as it's used in other apps like FreeMind) but perhaps "Ctrl+Enter" or "Cmd+Enter" would be a good enough substitute.

I had this issue when I used docear for the first time on a mac, too. As a workaround, you can change the default shortcut by pressing ctrl and clicking on the button in the menu. Nevertheless, the default key should be different for mac. I'm using F13 at the moment.
