Dots in BibTeX key caused problems #27

when a bibtex key is like ".2010", Docear4Word cannot process the BibTeX file

according to simon, changing the parser is error prone. as such, we will leave it as it is for now.

Just to make clear- its only a leading period that isn't allowed by the parser - the key must begin with a letter or an underscore. So "_2010" or "x.2010" are ok.
