when I delete a reference from the full-text it would be great to remove it from the bibliography (if there is no other occurrence in the text). however, there should not always be a refresh of the bibliography when a citation in the text is removed but only if there are no other occurrences in the text. i.e. the workflow would be as follows:
When a reference is deleted from the body text, check if there is another occurrence of that reference in the body-text. If there is another occurrence, stop. If there is no other occurrence, update the bibliography.
