New camera color profiles: Canon 5D, G10, Nikon D3100

Thanks to GLACORT we have a bunch of color checker reference shoots as basis for generating
these profiles.
They are measured to be more correct than the old matrices.

Recommended daylight starting white balance: 

Canon 5D: 4993 / 0.998
Canon Powershot G10: 4885 / 1.078
Nikon D3100: 5087 / 0.955

Note for testers:
The goal is to have colors perfectly like reality when all sliders are neutral in normal
sunlight.
Means:
1. If you make visual inspection instead of measurements, only give feedback if you
have a calibrated monitor. Otherwise you just see a mix between camera and monitor
errors.
2. Use neutral RT settings as much as possible, only compensate exposures if necessary
3. It is NOT the goal to mimic specific camera JPG responses or have poppy colors or
whatever. Instead neutral colors like reality in normal sunlight. RTs post processing
should define the desired look.
4. Do NOT test color matrices (camera default) with DNGs, because DCRAW uses DNGs internal
matrices then. ICC will work with DNGs of course, and are usually even better because
of correct white level.
