Fuji S9600 raw problems #1212

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 1227

I have tried to convert a raw file from a Fuji S9600 and i obtain an output that is
bigger than it should be (about 16 megapixels instead of 9 that is the resolution of
the camera, that by the way i have used only once).

Just convert the linked file in order to see the problem.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FinePix_S9100
"9.0 million effective pixels (18 million when RAW-enabled)"

http://www.dpreview.com/products/fujifilm/compacts/fuji_finepixs9100
"Max resolution 3488 x 2616"
"Effective pixels 9.1 megapixels"

The camera's sensor is rotated 45 degrees, I guess there are various ways of interpreting
the data.

RT's image at 100% has details, looks as sharp as I'd expect it to be considering the
camera class, so I don't think it's unnecessarily bloated.

RT team, invalid?

We know about this and it's being worked on in issue 1928.

Closing this one to get fewer issues to track.
