I wold rephrase "Dual illuminant support in DCP profiles" into 
"Support of Dual illuminant DCP profiles", as DCP support by itself is a major accomplishment.

Freeze new features on May 30, test for a day, tag on 31 and release it on the website
on June 1. Of course if real life doesn't conflict.

I am working on the Hungarian translation. I did not mark this issue to be blocked on
issue 1365, since it is only a translation and not critical, but hopefully I will finish
the stuff today.

Patch from issue 1368 and 872 need to be tested but should be commitable tomorrow i
guess. They obviously don't block this issue, but they may be nice additions.

If issue 1319 is not solve before 4.0.9 is out, a big warning in the Caveats file should
be displayed.

I tested both issue 1368 and issue 860 and I think they are ready to commit. RT 4.0.9
should wait for them. :)

Issue 1319 is a larger task, I think 4.0.9 should be released without 1335.

Agree with Dualon, PP3s are sensible, a patch should not be made in a rush.
I has been a problem for all times already, so no need to make a quick & dirty fix
from my point of view.

Agreed about 872 and 1384 - the former is the main reason I didn't tag yesterday.
I don't think 1335 can be resolved in a stable and safe way within a few hours so I
won't wait for it, better to put it off and have it working well for 4.0.10 than have
it break 4.0.9 and require re-compiles of the builds.

Will tag in a few hours, will keep testing RT in the meanwhile.
