RT crashes after white balance adjustments

Operating system: winXP-32bit (with 3GB switch)

All the last versions of RT crash, when I play with white balance adjustments. I did
a backtrace with 4.0.7.1, but it still seems to be the same in 4.0.9.50, see

It occurs when adjusting white balance with AWB, with the sliders or manually via mouse
field.

Can you please try with 
1. more available free ram (close other apps)
2. smaller size image

If still reproducible, provide raw file and pp3 to test with.

It is not reproducible, that's the difficulty... it sometimes just happens, with raw
files (CHDK dng from Canon compact camera) and with Pentax dng and even with jpg images.

Sometimes, even with many changes in RT and a long working time, nothing happens.

I always try not to have other apps open while using RT, but this cannot avoid the
crash. Using smaller images as a workaround will be difficult...

Always make your raw file and pp3 file available to us by uploading them to a file
sharing site such as www.minus.com if your bug involves a crash on a particular raw
file, a particular setting, or lack of support for your raw file.

- It is not only with a particular raw file.

Always show a screenshot of the problem, you can upload them to www.imgur.com

- I cannot screenshot a crash.

Always search the forum and Google Code before filing a new report as chances are that
someone has already reported the problem before you, and duplicates waste time.

Make sure you are using the latest version of RawTherapee as it's likely that a bug
in an old version has been fixed in the latest one.

t: I was refering to gdb part. Use a debug RT build from within gdb and when it crashes,
you got it.
