RGB tone curves: snap to edges of histograms #1543

Would be useful to introduce an auto-feature that would allow to snap RGB curves to
the histogram edges of the corresponding channels. This is similar to the Auto function
on curves in Photoshop. the effect is a removal of color cast (haze for example).

Going further, we could add special handling for haze, which is common in landscape
images - to modulate the cast removal in those areas that are identified as haze.

+1! With an "auto curves" toggle.

Only apply curve to certain area? That's what layers are for. We should not bluntly
adding selective processing because that would quickly mess up the workflow. Layers
is better generic way to do that.
