Ctrl+reset of tone curve makes it linear, not initial value #2650

Ctrl+reset should reset a tool to its initial state when the image was loaded. Confirmed that this is not the case for tone curves. Both reset and ctrl+reset make the curve linear. Tested on Exposure TC1.
