Non 100/n preview scales #2678

Now we have 100%, 100/2, 100/3, 100/4, etc.

This is, however, quite huge waste of space. There is no real need in downsampling
quality in preview.

I suggest that it changes so that RT stretches the image to maximum without:
1) additional button presses;
2) the loss of FOV. If you want it to be a bit bigger and press "+" often not whole
image may be visible.

Depending of combination of window size and RAW image size of course. You may be lucky
and get maximum image size inside of window if you are lucky with this combination.

I am not.
