Clarify supported character set in ICC Profile Creator #4770

The ICC Profile Creator stores tags using en-US:

As of now, it will be stored as en-US.

@Hombre57 could you explain what exactly do you mean by "en-US"? Do you mean the en_US locale (notice the underscore), or something else? Could you link to some place which explains what those characters are?

This issue is to either:

  1. Explain that only characters from "en-US" are supported,
  2. Or support multiple languages.

Personally, I would be fine with only ASCII, as the impression I got from the very long issue #4478 is that supporting anything else is unreliable.

Explained now in the doc proposal (issue #4959). The doc also explain that only en-US is supported, there's no GUI to select the language, but this have to be done.
