@Thanatomanic Happy new year !
That looks weird and coming from Gtk. Have you made more test, e.g. with mouse unplugged, and with the non emulated mode ?
[EDIT] What's your Gtk version ?
Hi! I have exactly the same problem, in Windows 10, with v5.8. Did you solve it?
Right from the bat, this may be a problem upstream in GTK or something. I am not sure however. I recently got a Wacom drawing tablet, that I use concurrently with my mouse. Both are plugged in at the same time and I have no issues for all programs I use regularly, except RT.
When I use my pen in mouse-mode, there is a discrepancy between where my cursor is shown and what is actually registered as the position of the cursor. I tried positioning my pen at different points on my tablet, and this seems to matter, but I haven't found a 1-on-1 relation. This video shows what I mean. In the beginning I am moving my mouse and after the short pause, my pen takes over.

Also, sometimes if I switch between mouse and pen input, RT does not seem to accept any input anymore...
And with that I wish you all a very good New Year's Eve! See you next year 😄
