Add new profile for saving unclipped images #5199

Needing unclipped images for subsequent adjustment after stitching, I went through RawTherapee and documented which tools and settings are incompatible with an unclipped pipeline, and explained how to create them. The result is a new bundled processing profile called "Unclipped". The documentation is written and available here: http://rawpedia.rawtherapee.com/Unclipped Screenshots pending.

@Beep6581 you also need a suitable output profile in order not to clip: either a v4 one, or V2 with a linear TRC

@agriggio I assume you're not referring to the clipping of values outside of the [0;1] range, but to gamut clipping, correct? And we don't ship any v2 ICCs with a linear TRC, do we?

@Beep6581 I'm not sure I understand what you mean... LCMS will clip to [0,1] if the profile has a LUT-based TRC (as opposed to a parametric one). This is what I meant. More info here: https://ninedegreesbelow.com/photography/lcms2-unbounded-mode.html
