Request: Film Simulation - control strength of color and luminance separately #5757

For the film simulations, there is currently a single strength slider. It would be nice if it could be divided into two sliders to control color and luminance independently.

@xiota Do you have a specific use case for this?

@Thanatomanic Many film simulations have nice color but excessive contrast, or other luminance issues. Separate sliders would allow use of the colors without having to tweak exposure and other settings. Locking the sliders should have the same behavior as the current strength slider.
