Improve UI for setting wavelets sliders and curves #5958

and for the wavelet settings in local adjustments.

Most of the curve and slider settings use the existing level of local contrast to determine where the adjustments show in the image. The sliders sill have a black to white wedge and the graphs/curves now have nothing underneath the curve to indicate this. Also for something like Local Adjustments, Local Contrast and wavelets, Wavelets, Pyramid 2, Contrast by level curve, there is no real point using a curve. We cannot have wavelet level 2½ or wavelet level 5.389, just integer values. What is needed is a sort of hi-fi type equalizer with the integers 1-10 at the bottom.
