After this mention https://discuss.pixls.us/t/crop-settings-for-fujifilm-x-t4/18457/26 I downloaded a sample RAF for the X-E4 from imaging-resource.com and got these raw crop values: https://github.com/Beep6581/RawTherapee/commit/ca5a9a26de786fa6370000f5e708707d0c62b838 The maximum image size I can get out of the RAF is 6252x4140 pixels.
However, converting the RAF to DNG gives an image with a larger height, namely 4160 pixels. Who wants to take on the deep dive into dcraw.cc to find the missing pixels? 😉
