Sony lossless compression support on legacy decoder #7140

Sony lossless compression is supported via LibRaw, but some people may want to stay on the legacy dcraw-based decoder which does not yet support this encoding.

Related to #6226 and #6726.

How do we users access this feature so we can use our Sony ARW files, @Lawrence37 ?

This is an open issue, so it is not implemented. If you are asking about LibRaw, it is enabled by default.
