Blank octagons in the Editor's Preview Panel and in exported files #7184

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Open this DNG file from Raw Play in RawTherapee with the provided processing profile SDIM0790.dng.pp3.zip.
  2. Export a JPG image from RawTherapee.
  3. The Preview Panel in RawTherapee's Editor and the exported JPG contain large gray and black (respectively) octagonal areas.

Here is an exported JPG from RawTherapee for the same DNG and PP3 files: SDIM0790

The DNG file is obtained from X3F file from Sigma DP2 camera via Adobe DNG Converter. It is from Play Raw - https://discuss.pixls.us/t/some-blown-foveon-clouds-to-fix/45083/13 .

Tested in Windows 11 (23H2) with RawTherapee 5.10.

Caused by Sharpening with the RL Deconvolution method, possibly due to zero or negative pixel values.
