Issue Addressed
This pull request will update the main to display the new translated docuemntion to Arabic thanks to pull request #118
Proposed Changes and Benefits
This updates the main branch with the translated language of documents on the main branch and additionally completes another task on milestone for translating the documentation into the top six languages.
