Differences with Behat/Symfony2Extension

Dropped support for PHP 5.3, 5.4, and 5.5.
Added support for PHP 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2.
Added support for Symfony 5, 6, and 7.
Increased the minimum Behat version to 3.6.0.
Added Docker support.
Applied several PRs that have languished here for a long time.

Differences with FriendsOfBehat/SymfonyExtension

100% complete backward compatibility with Behat/Symfony2Extension.
Much wider PHP version support (5.6 through 8.2 versus 7.4 through 8.2).
Works as a drop-in replacement for both projects and dependencies of Behat/Symfony2Extension.

the current state of Symfony support in Behat is expected to be https://github.com/FriendsOfBehat/SymfonyExtension/ though. Being 100% compatible means you also keep some of its architectural flaws.
