Add quotes to certain YAML strings #130

According to https://github.com/Behat/Behat/issues/1216 the recent YAML parser throws an error when encountering unquotes strings with special characters.

also ran over this problem. would be great the docs were updated. what is holding up this PR to be merged?

@stof While you are at it, would you also consider the PR #131 which was supposed to fix the build chain?
