Razor templates broken by more recent Razor Generator versions

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Clone the repo (ATR revision e3f48854af44)
2. Open Elmah.sln in Visual Studio, assuming Razor Generator[1] 1.7 installed
3. Take any CSHTML file in the solution & using its context menu, select Run 
Custom Tool option
4. Build the solution

What is the expected output?

Expected the build to succeed

What do you see instead?

Instead it fails with compilation errors.
