I'm trying to build an high altitude compensator for my truma combi d, but I'm not good at electronics design, so I'm looking for a driver circuit for the fuel pump and I found your design, which I don't understand (see above where I say I'm not good at electronics design )
I don't understand why there is a 10 Ohm resistor going to ground in parallel to the output
I see no protection against a short circuit (that's actually my main concern, I wouldn't like to find my van burnt into ashes)
what's the function of the bat54sw? (edit: the lower shottky is the flywheel diode, but the upper one?)
My first idea was to use an opto+p-channel mosfet module from aliexpress, but regarding 2. above I thought about using an infineon profet part (e.g. the bsp772t), which is protected against a short circuit.
Hello, this is just a question.

What do you think?
