Currently the upload script uploads to S3 (will be available once #3 is done)

Beit Hatfutsot currently use google services, we prefer to keep using the same provider rather then needing to add another provider

need to check how hard it is to switch to upload to google..(if it's too hard it might not be worth the trouble, because S3 is cheap)
