[UX] item page: font resize and sharing options are hidden and hard to find #378

preconditions

given someone with very short memory (me!)

reproduction steps

try to test issue #340 which fixed something in font resize

expected

find font resize, test it

actual

don't remember where font resize option is
be confused
after some confusion, find that it's under a little arrow below the picture

notes

I think users will also not find it, and will just not use the font resize or sharing options..
maybe this is what we want, I don't know..

No, it isn't. @Netush made an improved design for it, and should open an issue

personally I don't think it solves the UX problem.. it's still small and hard to find I think in most sites sharing and print buttons are displayed directly, without an additional click to find them

also, I don't remember seeing this arrow on other sites, so users are not used to it - UX-wise which adds to the confusion IMO

I think its common to have hidden menus with arrows that suggest there are more options. We just need to open an issue to change the design

@TheGrandVizier we can close this issue, nothing to do about it right now. We'll improve UI in the near future
