Add large view of "main" result. #388

The "main" result, if it is a place or a name, should be presented in an enlarged view in relation to other results. @Netush please attach design

Repro:

  1. Search for Cohen in Wizard search

Actual:

  1. Receive results, they are all the same size.

Expected:

  1. The first result is significantly larger than the others, visually.
  2. Should only apply to Places and Family Name results.

Not sure this should be implemented as long as we don't fix the results relevancy

This feature cannot stand alone - it depend on that results from wizard will be like general search (not directly to item page) & also on the wizard suggestion
