Wizard should display suggestions from Family Trees. #390

The wizard should also be suggesting results from Family Trees.

Reproduce:

  1. Arrive at Wizard
  2. Input Coh

Actual:

  1. Suggestions presented for family names starting with Coh and places starting with Coh from Family names and Places DBs.

Expected:

  1. Suggestions presented for family names and places from Family name and Places DBs.
  2. Suggestions also presented for family names from Family Trees.
