General Search should display results from 'persons' collection under 'All Results' tab #393

reproduction steps:

open General Search tab
type 'Cohen'
click on All Results tab, check results
switch to 'People (Family Trees)' tab, check results

expected

results form persons collection under both tabs
actual
'All Results' don't include persons results
