Hebrew filters in GS fTrees have incorrect operators #397

Reproduce:

  1. Go to DBs site in hebrew
  2. In General search, search for Shlomo
  3. Go to "People" tab, see tree and person filters.

Expected result:

  1. Able to change the operator from "exact" to "starts with" and "sounds like".

Actual result:

  1. Where "Exeact" operator should be next to each field, the operator is mislabeled "Exact Date" and the other two options are missing:
