Filter operators' arrows (dropdowns) are not clickable #401

The operator dropdown boxes do not expand when the arrow pointing down is clicked. They will only expand when the operator itself is clicked.

Reproduce:

  1. Search for Nikolai in general search.
  2. Attempt to adjust an operator by clicking on the arrow that belongs to it.

Expected result:

  1. Operator dropdown expands.

Actual result:

  1. Nothing happens.
