We should remove all links to the old family tree search

Nothing in the DBS site should take the user to the family tree search.

"Exit Tree" button should no longer lead to fTree search
"Exit Tree" button should lead to the last viewed search results screen.
Replace any link that leads to old search with link to new search.
Make sure no links in bh.org.il lead to advanced tree search, if there are, replace with new search.
