"Nevermind" gender filter should return both genders (and lack of gender) #428

Reproduce:

  1. Search for a Israel in general search
  2. Go to person filters
  3. Add filter: Gender - Nevermind

Expected Result:

  1. Results of both genders displayed.

Actual result:

  1. Only results of unspecified gender are displayed.
