Language selector should have dropdown with selection options #466

The Language selection button should produce a dropdown menu which contains the languages to select from. Currently it works in the "old" way - Single click toggle.

Reproduce

  1. Click Language button

Expected Result

  1. Small menu appears containing language selection options.

Actual Result

  1. Language changes.
