Mouse over "My Account" or "ENews" should only affect the button being hovered over. #467

Reproduce

  1. Hover over ENews or My Account

Expected Result

  1. The element hovered becomes bold.

Actual Result

  1. Hovering causes both ENews and My Account buttons to move slightly.
  2. The Logo also moves when one of these are hovered over.
  3. the Language selector also moves slightly.
