sync should add location field with lat/long (using geocoding of the place name)

reproduction

• sync some place items from clearmash (or items from other sources which have a location / address)
• look at the resulting data in ElasticSearch

expected

• documents should have location attribute
  • e.g. "location": {"lat": 10.01, "lon": 49.5}

actual

• no location

implementation notes

• clearmash processor should add a geocode_location field which will contain a string for geocoding
  • this is a string which is similar to what you might type in google maps to search for location
  • for clearmash places it would just be the name of the place
  • for other sources (e.g. more specific address) it might be different
• sync processor should get this geocode_location (if exists) and add it to geocode_location table with the following fields:
  • doc_id - the elasticsearch doc id
  • location - the location string
  • lat / lng (will be empty when sync processor adds it initially)
• a new geocode processor will go over the geocode_location table, set the lat / lng and also update the location field for ES (as described above in exepected)
