Sort Tables

• Either allow table columns to be sorted or sort by default on some field (such as Last Name for clients). Right now they are sorted by index/order they were created.

• Added ORDER BY clauses to db calls to sort Dashboard tables in a default order.
• Still need sorting on the View Client tables.
• Maybe add secondary sorting in Appts table to sort by time within date.
