I expect I'm missing something obvious here, but I don't see how to install this, despite reading the readme.

The readme says I need to copy .exe and .dll files over. But after downloading this repo, I can't see any .exe or .dll files.

I had downloaded the wrong files. I needed to have clicked 'releases' and downloaed wcdx-2.2.1.zip, not the source code.
