App crashes

[GoogleCodeExporter]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the app
2. When prompted to "install the firmware and tools", i select "Yes"
3. The app show "errors has occurred" and close.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The app do not install the tools and close.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 2.3, bcmon release Jun 23, 2013, BCM4329

Every time i open bcmon i end up in state and when i try to go to main it 
crashes help
