Mode 5 and 6 can be combined into one mode #2

These two examples are the same but with different waveshapes. Make the waveshape selectable via the config panel. Default Triangle, Square is optional.

this is for a more general refactoring of modes (e.g.: LFO and envelope are the same with and without self-retriggering)
