how to update firmware-I think my Gliss eurorack module came faulty

My Gliss has no output voltage in any of the outputs. Everything seems to be ok: menu, settings, touch place.. but there is no voltage output. What can I try? May be try to upload again latest firmware could make this come alive? how could I do that? I'm using a Mac.
