User will need to view all providers or an individual provider's information #7

The application users will need to have access to a list of all healthcare providers in the database, And this list should be filterable by office name, city, and practice specialty.

Upon choosing a single provider, the user should be able to click on the practice name, Then be redirected to a details page for that provider's contact information.
