Describe the bug
UI does not update when page refreshes.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open extension
select issue to be flagged for removal
select desired start and stop time and press okay
refresh the page
Expected behavior
The expectation is that the UI not wipe out previously added information when and if refresh occurs.
