Senior Developer John and myself went over how to troubleshoot a hacked account through Blizzard via the game World Of Warcraft. We went through each of the steps necessary to take back control of a hacked account merge with existing and alter to no longer allow entry from said hacker via other protective measures. We rebooted my computer from an old 7200 Hard drive to a SSD and had to convert the new drive to a GPT format to allow windows 10 to be able to recognize via DOS.
